The Bozzetto Group has chosen Partner Power for their international Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation project.
Founded
in 1919 in Italy (Filago) as a producer of chemicals for the textile industry,
the Bozzetto Group is today a worldwide leader
in the production of chemicals for the construction industry, and for the water treatment and detergent sectors.
To achieve its current leading position, the Bozzetto group has, through the years invested in continuously improving the
technology they use and increasing the quality of their products.
The Bozzetto Group has regularly expanded its geographical
coverage and is today truly international, with 70% of turnover made abroad. The company has operations in Italy, Turkey,
Spain, Indonesia, USA, Germany, China and Poland. Some of these operations are already running Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and
they would like implement

This new Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation project will be kick-started with a 5-day extended diagnostic workshop where
Partner Power will:
- Provide advice about the roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics to the company’s subsidiary in China
- Get a better understanding and document the standards applied and the customizations in place in the company’s existing
Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment
- Help the Bozzetto Group plan for future upgrades
- Suggest organizational changes in order to prepare the Bozzetto Group for future upgrades
Based on the findings from this initial workshop, Partner Power will be able to deliver all the necessary information for
the Bozzetto Group to make the best long-term plans for their international Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementations.
