Optimize your license maintenance and save money!

Scanvaegt International A/S is the worlds leading supplier of process equipment and IT- and process solutions to the food industry.

Scanvaegt was founded 70 years ago and is headquartered in Arhus, Denmark.

Today the company has 16 subsidiaries, a global network of distributors and more than 700 employees.

Until last year Scanvaegt was in a situation, where some of their licenses were handled internally and others through different external partners. Consequences were that no one had the total overview of controlling all licenses.

To streamline this process, Scanvaegt was referred to Partner Power by Microsoft Business Solutions.

What Partner Power could offer was a full overview of all Scanvaegt licenses, taking care of:

  • administration
  • streamline working processes
  • advise about new product upgrades
  • maintain and manage licenses to secure upgrade- and discount agreements

And this is now done by only one contact person responsible for the account for Scanvaegt.

When Partner Power took over from the existing suppliers – a total overview of all license numbers was made. Information about each license was also collected from Microsoft Business Solutions.

In addition all invoicing is now settled through the Scanvaegt headquarters for delivery of all licenses. This secures the necessary control of all versions and modules.
