We have recently re-aligned our CRM business to reflect this. CRM products are the only area where Sage believes it is appropriate to approach the SME market with global products.

Sage has three CRM products each designed to satisfy a different set of customer requirements:

ACT! by Sage Sage CRM Sage SalesLogix
ACT! is suitable for those companies looking to manage their contact information and ensure that all contact with a customer is recorded. Sage CRM is more sophisticated and features interchangeable hosted and on-premises versions to allow customers full freedom of choice over how they deploy their solution. SalesLogix is a fully configurable and customisable CRM system for those customers that need a very specific customer management system.

 

As the market for CRM develops, we expect to continue to offer more of our CRM solutions in more countries.
