Our prerequisites: management expert, with a recognised, current or future track record in all aspects of management.

First, in an interview with Human Resources, you will present your reasons for applying for the position, ambitions and wishes, and you will discover the company’s business, expectations and values. You will then meet an operational manager who will assess with you the different options of joining one of our teams.

Personalised follow-up and regular interviews with your manager will enable you to develop the knowledge and know-how required for you to develop within the company.
