Ethics and Compliance

In line with the implementation of the loi Sapin 2 (French anti-corruption law), Absys Cyborg has adopted the key pillars set out by the regulation and the recommendations of the AFA (Agence Française Anticorruption – French Anti-Corruption Agency). We are actively pursuing our compliance efforts to ensure healthy internal and external relations with employees, clients, partners, and any third parties connected to Absys Cyborg and its staff.

Absys Cyborg provides a dedicated reporting email address: ComitéEthique@absyscyborg.com, as well as access to our alert platform: Absys Cyborg SpeakUp Line.

Since anonymization of alerts cannot be guaranteed via email, the SpeakUp platform is designed to support anonymous reporting, in compliance with whistleblower protection rights as reinforced by the enforcement law dated March 21, 2022.

Absys Cyborg achieved a score of 94/100 on the Gender Equality Index.

  • Gender pay gap: Score = 39/40
  • Gap in individual raises (excluding promotions): Score = 20/20
  • Gap in promotion rates: Score = 15/15
  • Percentage of female employees who received a raise following maternity leave: Score = 15/15
  • Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest earners: Score = 5/10
