Introduction

This policy has been drawn up in order to inform you about the use of your personal data collected from the Absys Cyborg website.

This policy complements the General Terms of Use for the site.

When you wish to contact Absys Cyborg and complete the contact form, the following data is collected: your first and last name, title, email address, telephone number, country, role, company and the content of your message.

We collect this data in order to be able to respond to your request. This processing is based on your consent.

Authorised Absys Cyborg staff and authorised staff at Absys Cyborg entities may receive the data collected, as may Absys Cyborg subcontractors and service providers in the context of the services they provide (maintenance, hosting, support, recruitment services, etc.).

In the event of an audit or inspection, your Personal Data may be disclosed to the auditor, whether internal or external.

Absys Cyborg may also disclose your personal data to a judicial or other administrative authority.

We verify that each recipient complies with appropriate security and privacy guarantees.

 

Security and privacy 

Absys Cyborg implements and maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk posed.

 

Transfer to a third country 

In the case of Data transferred outside the European Union to a third country, Absys Cyborg undertakes to put in place appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR or to rely on an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Where applicable, Absys Cyborg will carry out any formalities required by the Rules.

Such Transfer may take place (i) if Absys Cyborg discloses your data to entities in its Group established outside the European Union and (ii) if Absys Cyborg needs to share this information with third parties to provide you with the service you request.

 

Retention period

The retention period for your personal data is determined according to legal and regulatory retention periods and to the type of data concerned. In the context of an application, your CV and the information you have provided during the recruitment process will be kept for 2 years after your last contact with Absys Cyborg, unless you object. Data can only be stored for a longer period with your formal agreement.

The data you provide in the contact form will be kept for the time necessary to deal with your request.

 

Data subject rights 

According to current regulations applicable to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and port your data. You can also request that your data's processing be limited or your data be deleted, and you can oppose your data's processing by Absys Cyborg.

You can exercise your rights by sending your request to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) or ask them any questions relating to the processing of your personal data by writing to:
