If necessary, Absys Cyborg will carry out any formalities imposed by the Regulations. The signing of standard contractual clauses is preferred.

Such a Transfer may take place (i) if Absys Cyborg communicates your data to entities of its Groupestablished outside the European Union and (ii) if Absys Cyborg needs to share this information with third parties to provide you with the service you request.

 

6. Retention period

The retention period of your personal data is determined according to the statutory and regulatory retention periods and the type of data concerned.

The data you have entered in the contact form will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your request.

 

7. Rights of Data Subjects
